These terms of service (ToS) govern the use of the ClickClockGo service accessible at clickclockgo.com, which allows professionals to manage their equipment rentals through a QR code system.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the ClickClockGo service implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

ClickClockGo is a digital service that allows you to:

• Create and manage a catalog of rental equipment
• Define flexible pricing grids
• Generate QR codes for each piece of equipment
• Track rentals in real-time
• Automatically calculate prices based on duration
• View rental history

4. Service Access

4.1 Registration

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4.2 Credentials

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 Usage Conditions

• Be at least 18 years old
• Act within the framework of a professional activity
• Have an internet connection
• Use a compatible modern browser

5. Service Use

5.1 Authorized Use

The service is intended exclusively for managing equipment rentals in a legal professional context.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, corrupt or affect the security of the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the service for activities contrary to public morals
• Voluntarily overload the service or disrupt its operation
• Extract or copy data in an automated manner

6. Responsibilities

6.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of entered information
• Compliance of your rental activity with applicable laws
• Security of your equipment and rentals
• Relationships with your customers
• Compliance with tax and social obligations

6.2 ClickClockGo Responsibility

ClickClockGo strives to provide quality service but:

• Does not guarantee continuous service availability (maintenance, failures)
• Is not responsible for your use of the service
• Does not intervene in your commercial relationships with customers
• Cannot be held responsible for data loss due to force majeure

7. Data and Confidentiality

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the service (equipment information, rates, etc.).

7.2 Backup

Although we perform regular backups, we recommend keeping a copy of your important data.

8. Intellectual Property

The ClickClockGo service, its source code, design and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Service Availability and Evolution

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee absolute availability.

9.2 Maintenance

Interruptions may occur for maintenance. We strive to notify you in advance.

9.3 Evolution

The service may evolve at any time. New features are generally added without notice.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by ClickClockGo

We may suspend your account in case of:

• Non-compliance with these ToS
• Abusive or fraudulent use
• Suspicious or illegal activity

10.2 Termination by User

You can delete your account at any time from the administration interface. This action is final.

10.3 Termination by ClickClockGo

We reserve the right to close the service with a minimum notice of 30 days.

11. Free Service

ClickClockGo is currently a completely free service. No fees are charged for using the service.

In case of evolution to a paid model in the future, existing users will be notified with a minimum notice of 3 months.

We strive to respond as quickly as possible, generally within 48 business hours.

13. Warranty Limitation

The service is provided "as is". ClickClockGo cannot guarantee:

• Absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with all browsers and devices
• Immediate resolution of all technical problems

14. Force Majeure

ClickClockGo cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet its obligations resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strike, general internet failure, etc.).

15. ToS Modifications

These ToS may be modified at any time. In case of substantial modification, you will be informed by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Otherwise, French courts will have jurisdiction.
